Sorry for your loss. I remember Lavonna from the Hodges reunions. My grandma is Alma (Hodges) Damaska. Prayers for all of you.

LaVonna was my dear first cousin. She was strongly interested in family history and her Hodges ancestors in particular. She was a caring parent and a good friend. The only annual Hodges reunion in Montcalm County that she ever missed attending over several decades was when she was hospitalized. She attended the one in August 2012 in Vickeryville in a wheelchair and on oxygen. She was a wonderful, sweet and caring person who will not be forgotten.

I will miss seeing Vonnie at the annual Hodges Reunion. It was always a pleasure to talk with her then and when I would encounter her around Greenville. She was a lovely and caring woman who will be very much missed. I extend my prayers and sympathy to the family and friends.
