Patricia was born in Alma on November 14, 1961, the daughter of Dorsey and Olga (Karowitcz) Humphrey.  She worked in food service at Gratiot community Hospital.  She enjoyed being outdoors and going fishing and traveling up north, horseback riding, her animals, and especially her cat. As an avid reader she would read romance novels and sci-fi.  She also enjoyed watching sci-fi and scary movies on tv.  She especially loved playing with her granddaughters.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be 1 p.m. Friday, October 19, at the Barden Funeral Home in Ithaca, with Pastor Willie Iwankiw officiating.  Interment will be in Beechler Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

Ashley
I am so sorry to read of you mother's passing. I knew her in school and before she was with your father and she was a special person. You are a second cousin to me and our family, through your father, even though it has been a long time since we have seen you. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. May God keep you in his arms and help through this difficult time.
