I just read this. I attended church with Rod at MSU. I considered him a rock of practical faith. He worked and worked to help the little student branch. I remember being part of his crew that built stairs providing and exit from the basement chapel. He had a big heart and felt deeply the troubles of others. I met Carla years ago when he married. I pray that you, Carla, and the rest of his family can feel the comfort from our Savior as you adjust to this mortal life now, and can feel the peace found in the hope of eternal life in the next.
