Fred was one of the kindest men I know. He put smiles on people's faces and practiced loving acts of kindness before that was a stock phrase. Helen, you loved a wonderful man. My heart goes out to your and your family.

To Helen and all of Fred's family,
Fred was such a kind, happy, and gentle man. Fred was the BEST volunteer! For years, Ithaca Food With Friends and the Senior Activity Building received hours and hours of his reliable service to others. May God Bless Fred in his heavenly home.
