Russell E. Utter, age 90, of Fenwick, passed away April 16, 2018, at his home.
Russell was born July 28, 1927, in Ionia, Michigan. He worked for General Tire for 40 years. In his younger years he belonged to the Ionia Sky Hawks and made 101 parachute jumps. He loved hunting and fishing. He also belonged to the Ionia Long Rifle Club.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Leona, and his daughter, Vickie Brooks. He is survived by his children, Bonnie (Bill) Wright of Stanton, Randy Utter of Butternut, Rudy (Kathy) Utter of Texas, Russell (Linda) Utter of Texas, Royce Utter of Fenwick; his sister, Pearl Hopkins of Palo; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
There will be no services.
The family is being served by the Barden Funeral Home in Stanton.
