Uncle Bill will be missed but not forgotten! I was so fortunate to sit down with him last November and listen to him reminisce about the war while granddaughter Allison interviewed him for a school project. I will always eemember, too, visits at our house on Friday evenings with him and Aunt Verneda when I was growing up. He was an inspiration.
Uncle Bill was a great guy. I will always have fond memories of him and his kind, humble demeanor. My prayers go out to everyone touched by his passing, especially to Aunt Verneda.

I have great memories of Uncle Bill. He was always working on something. He was so much fun to talk to. So many stories. Our family enjoyed great times with him, Aunt Verneda and Patty. You will be missed by many. RIP Uncle Bill.

Uncle Bill was always my favorite Uncle...As a child, I spent much time with him and Aunt Verneda on the farm...learned how to milk cows and bale hay down the road at Grandpa Mowers. Uncle Bill was a kind and gentle man that worked hard his entire life. RIP dear have been so loved, and will be so missed....until we meet again....I Love You

I knew Uncle Bill, Vernena & Patty Ann when I was young but lost contact for many years after Hannah pasted away in 1961. When my my mom passed away in 1999, contact was again established. I can honestly say he had not changed from the caring individual I remembered from my youth. We traded letters and phone calls over the years and will miss him. He was a great example to my family and will be missed. Relationships are precious and often as in my case not fully appreciated until it is to late. May the Lord Bless Verneda, Patty Ann and all their family, enjoy each other.
