I am sorry for the loss of your dear Doris. May you find comfort in the promise recorded for us at Isaiah 25:8 where it says "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." Imagine, tears of sorrow will be replaced with tears of joy! Until that time, may you draw strength from God, family and friends. All the best wishes for your family at this time.

Mrs Cook was my first teacher when we moved to McBride from Detroit. When I married and moved to Greenville Doris and her husband stopped at our house one day. Seems so she taught her first year at the old one room school house that we own. She actually rememberdo me as I certainly remember her. She was my favorite all time teacher. Condolences to her family. RIP sweet Doris
